Constantin Malik

Biography

Constantin leads the Malik Group in Switzerland as co-owner and co-CEO, where he helps organizations with some of society's most complex challenges—from climate adaptation and public health transformation to reimagining how governments can serve their citizens more effectively. For 20 years, he has worked alongside cities, research institutions, and international corporations to design systems that are resilient, equitable, and capable of evolving with our rapidly changing world. His approach draws on cybernetics and systems science to help leaders see beyond immediate crises and build capacity for long-term transformation. Constantin's academic background spans law, psychology, and business sustainability management. He is a member of the International Society for the Systems Sciences and the American Society for Cybernetics. His book, Ahead of Change, explores how crowd psychology and cybernetics might transform democratic decision-making—offering a glimpse of more adaptive governance for the 21st century. He believes the solutions to our greatest challenges emerge not from single interventions, but from understanding and reshaping the systems that shape our lives.
